The scheme integrates the Al Wathba Wetlands and a planned afforestation area through a blend of architecture and landscape design. Key features include a tree grove, a dune landscape, sun-sails, and an interior cavern. The tree grove in the north-east corner aligns with the area's reforestation plan and serves as an entry point to the building. The building itself is designed to be part of the landscape, particularly when approached from the north and south. Sun-sails on the eastern and western sides offer shaded transitional spaces and limit solar penetration. The interior is designed as a cool, protective space. The site also includes assembly areas for groups exploring the wetland reserve.
